Things to Know

Cell Service Is Spotty

We get spotty cellular signal inside the industrial building. Please call or text, and our receptionist or owner should answer the phone. If not, just walk in through the man door with our sign on it, and you’ll see our shop at the opposite corner of the warehouse.

Please Call Ahead

Our Service Center location does not accept drive-in customers. Please call ahead to schedule your appointment! We’ll be happy to serve you.

Back-In Bays Only

Our Service Center location has no drive-thru service bays. See Parking Instructions below. A Crew member will assist you when driving or backing into your service bay. We have lots of space inside, so it’s easy to jackknife reverse if needed!

Driving

Main address: 604 Drum Avenue, Somerset, PA 15501 (click for Google Maps pin)

This is a shared warehouse location in the Somerset Industrial park. The entrance to Sterling RV Services is located at the south end of the building.

The building is located in the northern corner of the industrial park. You’ll see a large white 2-story building with a row of tractor trailers sitting in the parking lot. You’ll drive up a short curved gravel driveway, through an open entrance gate, and then immediately turn right as shown below.

Parking

Indoor Parking

If instructed to park indoors, you can drive straight inside if you’re driving a motorized RV. If you’re towing a trailer or 5th wheel, you can either reverse into the building or jack-knife once you’re inside. A crew member will assist you while driving.

Text or call 5 minutes before you arrive. Please be aware that cellular reception is limited inside the building. If no one responds to your phone call, please enter through the man door directly to the left of the overhead bay door (it has our logo on it). We’ll be happy to see you!

Outdoor Parking

If instructed to park outdoors, you will park lengthwise at the far end of the southern parking lot. Do not obstruct the main overhead door, and leave plenty of room for other RVs to get in and out.
