The Company, Sterling RV Services LLC, warrants its work on the Owner’s recreational vehicle will be performed in a workmanlike manner, free from defects, and in accordance with industry standards for a period of 90 days after substantial completion or date of notice of completion, whichever occurs first. This warranty shall be void in the event of abuse, neglect, modification, alteration, improper maintenance, work, or repair in any way by others. This warranty is not transferable to subsequent Owners. The Company makes no other warranties, express or implied.

Owner’s sole and exclusive remedy for defective work shall be for the Company, at its own cost, to correct the work during this 90-day warranty period, or to effect the payment of reasonable sums to effect those repairs.

The Owner must notify the Company of the defect within 30 days of discovery of that defect and transport the recreational vehicle to within 60 miles of the Company’s current service location at the Owner’s personal cost and liability.

Consequential and incidental damages, including bodily injury or damage to personal property, are wholly excluded from this Limited Warranty. Owner hereby releases the Company from any liability for damages, costs, expenses or losses arising out of this agreement or the project, including from the use or inability to use the property because of a workmanship or material defect. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of action, damage, claim, liability, cost, expenses, or loss, whether in contract, by statute, in tort, or on any other legal or equitable grounds.
