We provide expert mobile service for RV repairs, troubleshooting, etc. This is a premium service with 1-on-1 attention.
There is a minimum 1.0-hr labor charge ($150) for the initial visit. Follow-up visits for the same project have a minimum 0.5-hr labor charge ($75). We generally round time per quarter hour. As a rule, we almost never charge more than 1.0 hr for troubleshooting and diagnostics per issue.
We charge fairly and only bill for competent labor. Generally, our billable hours will be the Spader/NCM flat rate or actual Time & Materials.
Payment is due in full at the conclusion of each service visit. We accept cash, debit/credit card, check (with driver’s license and/or bank verification), and Venmo.
For large-scale and custom projects, payment is due 50/50 upfront/completion after an approved quote.
*Mobile jobs greater than 6 billable hrs may be discounted 10% to $135/hr. We also charge a moderate fee for after-hours/weekend/emergency service.

Warranty and insurance jobs are charged more to cover the additional administrative work. We use a sliding scale depending on contract requirements. We ask for a $250 partially refundable security deposit, due upfront, to queue your project.
*Initial visits (within 35 miles) have a $100 minimum trip fee. Follow-up visits for the same project have a $50 minimum.

We provide shop repairs for large-scale RV repair such as RV roofing and reconstruction. We do not offer drop-in shop service.
ANNOUNCEMENT: As of June 1, 2025, we are no longer accepting shop or Service Center appointments.
We may accept large-scale projects (multi-day RV roofing, reconstruction, and custom installation/retrofit projects) on a discretionary basis. In these cases, work will either be scheduled as regular mobile service, or we can obtain short-term shop space to complete your project.

New-to-you RV? We’re happy to perform a Courtesy check to test basic functions, like whether appliances turn off/on, slide-outs extend/retract; whether the roof requires resealing, etc. This is a NON-COMPREHENSIVE inspection (which means some damages or failures may be missed) and it does not evaluate the state-of-health of your appliances or systems.
Our Check-Up inspection focuses on your appliances, electrical, and mechanical systems. We evaluate the state-of-health of all appliances and major electro-mechanical systems (e.g. awnings, jacks, landing gear, slide-outs, etc.) This is a PARTIAL COMPREHENSIVE inspection (which means not all systems or features are fully inspected).
Looking to buy or sell? Our Comprehensive RV Inspection is a no-holds-barred, tip-to-tail inspection of your RV’s appearances, functionality, and state of health. We have a 400+ inspection checklist, complete with a full written report and accompanying photographs. This is a COMPREHENSIVE RV INSPECTION, and it usually requires 2+ days to complete.
We service most makes and models of RVs and campers, including Class A coaches, Class C motorhomes, Class B vans, fifth wheels, toy haulers, travel trailers, pop-up campers, teardrop trailers and DIY conversions.
We specialize in RV membrane roofs, full recoats, and roof reconstructions. You can trust us to protect your investment! We accept private and insurance jobs.
Unlike many other technicians, we don’t just replace parts. We also specialize in RV upgrades and retrofits. (Note many of these projects require in-depth consultation with the client, and we may quote per project, not per hour.)
